What we collect
- Device Key — the 6-character code that identifies your device. We don't ask for your name or email to manage playlists.
- Playlists you add — name, type, link or server, username and password, and optional EPG link.
- Technical data — device platform, app version, last connection time and the IP address used to reach this site, kept for security (for example, to block repeated wrong key attempts).
- Payments — plan, amount, date, payment method and the PayPal or PIX transaction reference. We don't receive your card or bank details.
- Support messages — your name, email and message, if you contact us.
Why we use it
Only to deliver your playlists to your device, keep the service secure, process activations, and answer your requests. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
How we store it
Playlists are stored encrypted. Usernames, passwords and full playlist links are never shown in full on this site. Access is limited to what is needed to run the service.
Sharing
We share data only with providers that help us run the service (hosting, payment processing) and when required by law.
Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time.
Data deletion
To remove your playlists, enter your Device Key at Manage playlists and delete them. To delete everything linked to your device, send us your Device Key through the contact form (subject “Privacy & data deletion”). Full details: data deletion page (Portuguese).
